About Us

The Friends of Belgrade Stream is a passionate group of volunteer community members dedicated to the preservation and protection of our stream. We are working closely with the invasive aquatic plant experts at 7 Lakes Alliance.

Restoring Belgrade Stream will take time, coordination, and sustained commitment, but it is a critical step toward protecting the health of our stream and lakes for generations to come.

Community understanding and support are essential to the success of this effort. We encourage water users, property owners, and residents to stay informed, attend upcoming public meetings, and share questions or concerns as planning continues. 

Together, we can reduce the spread of milfoil and help Belgrade Stream — and the lakes it connects — move towards a healthier future.
